Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
United States: 14–28 business days
Canada: 14–30 business days
United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
Australia: 14–30 business days
Europe: 10–25 business days

In rare cases, deliveries may take up to 4 weeks due to customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 2–7 business days to become active after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Spidey District is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first.
If you have not received your order after 35 days from the shipment date, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Customs & Import Duties

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries.
